Shipment, delivery and order tracking:
Rohde Fine Art ships fast and packs well. We spare
no expense to insure that
your art arrives in perfect condition! We also pack as
environmentally sensitive as possible by choosing recycled and
recyclable packaging materials. Most non-custom orders are on their way within 48 hours.
Personal checks and PayPal eChecks are subject to a clearing period of 10
business days before we can ship. You'll be notified of your order's date of
shipment and tracking number (if applicable) by e-mail. Transit and delivery times
will vary according to your location. We ship worldwide! (For more information on

Note: Due to the large volume of orders that we receive daily, certain items
(particularly framed art) may occasionally become unavailable or on backorder,
in which case you can either wait for the item/s to come in or request a refund.
Shipping charges and methods:
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders going to United States addresses! International shipping charges
are based on package
weight, size and
delivery location.
We ship via the United States Post Office® or FedEx®
depending on what you are purchasing. In a hurry? Overnight and 2-day Express
shipment options are available upon request for extra fees — just ask!
International orders:
If your shipping address is outside the USA, you are responsible for any duty,
customs and/or brokerage fees that your postal service charges for you to be able to
accept your package/s.
Special offers and promotions:
Rohde Fine Art posts special offers regularly on our website home page. Keep
an eye out so you can save money on your favorite artwork! Please note that these offers
apply only to orders placed through RohdeFineArt.com. They are not valid through our
gallery partners, art shows, or other retail outlets.
Bulk orders:
If you wish to purchase large
quantities of art reproductions at a time, you may qualify for a special Rohde Fine Art bulk order
price savings! Just contact us with the product titles, sizes and quantities you're
interested in purchasing. If you qualify for a discount, we'll invoice you directly.
Gift wrapping services:
Got a birthday or other special occasion coming up for friends or family? Do you want to send a holiday gift? We will
beautifully gift wrap any Rohde Fine Art item for a very reasonable fee! We'll even include a free personalized greeting card
for the lucky recipient. Please email for more information.
Ownership of artwork:
The sale of Rohde artwork in any form (whether an original or reproduction) does not constitute
a transfer of copyright ownership. Licensing of select images is available. Please be
aware of our policies regarding image use on our Licensing/Copyrights
and Terms of Use pages.

Order cancellation, returns and exchanges:
Once your order is placed through our online shopping cart system, it is automatically processed
for shipment. Consequently, we are not able to cancel or edit an order once it has been submitted.
In the unlikely event you wish to return or exchange an item, you may send it back within 10 days of receipt.
The item must be fully insured and well packed so
that it reaches us in perfect condition. We're sorry, but we cannot issue a credit or refund for
items that come back to us damaged. Please note that refunds will exclude the amount of money we paid to ship your item. Rohde Fine Art Gift
Certificates, Pet Portrait Vouchers and custom Rohde
art of any kind cannot be returned or exchanged. Items paid for by a Gift Certificate can be exchanged but
not returned for a refund.
