Shipment, delivery and order tracking:
Rohde Fine Art ships fast and packs well. We spare
no expense in packaging materials to insure that
your art arrives in perfect condition! Most non-custom orders are on their way within 48 hours.
Personal checks and PayPal eChecks are subject to a clearing period of 10
business days before we can ship. You'll be notified of your order's date of
shipment and tracking number (if applicable) by e-mail. Transit and delivery times
will vary according to your location.
Note: Due to the large volume of orders that we receive daily, certain items
(particularly framed art) may occasionally become unavailable or on backorder,
in which case you can either wait for the item/s to come in or request a refund.
Shipping charges and methods:
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders going to United States addresses! International shipping charges
are based on package
weight, size and your
delivery location.
Your order will ship via the United States Post Office® or FedEx®
(determined by us) depending on what you are purchasing. Delivery confirmation is included. In a hurry? Overnight and 2-day Express
shipment options are available upon request for extra fees -- just ask!
International orders:
If your shipping address is outside the USA, you are responsible for any duty,
customs and/or brokerage fees that your postal service charges for you to be able to
accept your package/s.
Ownership of artwork:
The sale of Rohde artwork in any form (whether an original or reproduction) does not constitute
a transfer of copyright ownership. Licensing of select images is available. Please be
aware of our policies regarding image use on our Licensing/Copyrights
and Terms of Use pages.

Order cancellation, returns and exchanges:
Once your order is placed through our online shopping cart system, it is automatically processed
for shipment. Consequently, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
In the unlikely event you wish to return or exchange an item, you may send it back within 10 days of receipt.
The item must be fully insured and well packed so
that it reaches us in perfect condition. We're sorry, but we cannot issue a credit or refund for
items that come back to us damaged. Please note that all refunds exclude shipping charges. Rohde Fine Art Gift
Certificates, Pet Portrait Vouchers, and custom Rohde
original artwork of any kind cannot be returned or exchanged. Items paid for by a Gift Certificate can be exchanged but
not returned for a refund.
