all other countries. Rohde retains reproduction rights to all of her artwork, including commissioned art. It is
a violation of Federal and International law to copy, reproduce, imitate, duplicate, print out, photograph,
modify, republish, "borrow", download, license, transfer, upload, transcribe, post, transmit, distribute,
file-share, sell, or make any other use of any of the artwork, designs, photography, products, text,
descriptions, or other content on or from RohdeFineArt.com or any other online or physical location, in whole
or in part, without prior written permission of Heather Rohde. You may not use
any part of The Site, its design, or its content on any other web site or networked computer environment, or in
any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter existing, without prior written permission of Heather Rohde.
You may not remove any signature, copyright, trademark, or other legal notice from any content or products
from The Site. Our legal team pursues all instances of copyright violations

LICENSING: On occasion, we consider licensing Rohde's artwork if we believe such arrangements promote
the high quality of her brand. However, we do so only pursuant to an appropriate written agreement, and all
other uses are prohibited.
ONLINE CONDUCT: As a User of The Site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited
from transmitting through RohdeFineArt.com any unlawful, threatening, harassing, or other objectionable material

The Site may vary slightly from actuality according to the User's computer monitor configurations. Rohde will
accept the return of any product purchased from The Site in accordance with her return
policy but makes no further representation, expressed or implied, regarding any product featured on The
Site and expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither Heather Rohde nor her representatives will be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages
of any kind arising from the use of or related to any product purchased from The Site. You agree to hold
harmless Rohde and any third parties assisting in the operation of The Site from any claims, liabilities,
and expenses that may arise from your sue of The Site in any way or from your breach of the terms of this
